I have been experimenting with sourdough. This is my first attempt at a loaf of bread with no yeast. Not too bad. And I have finally gotten a really good tangy flavor going. I will continue to work on the recipe. I will keep you all posted. Ha Ha!!

I really need to that recipe too. Have you tried the monster melt sandwiches on that bread yet?
